Roundtop Mountain Resort proposes to construct a Large Volume On-Lot Sewage System to serve the existing resort. The name of the project is "Roundtop Mountain Resort Large Volume On-Lot Sewage System". The site is located in Warrington Township, York County. The total property area is 430 +/- acres with approximately 1 acre being affected by construction activities associated with the development of the Large Volume On-Lot Sewage System. Anticipated peak daily flow is 40,000 gallons per day, which equates to 100 equivalent dwelling units (EDU), based on 400 gallons per day EDU. The PA Department of Environmental Protection requires this publication since the project involves the use of a Large Volume On-Lot Sewage Disposal System with a flow greater than 10,000 GPD.
