Morning Journal, NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ZONING CHANGE The Zoning Commission of Amherst Township will hold a public hearing on a proposed amendment to the Amherst Township Zoning Resolution that was initiated by application of property owners. This hearing will be held at the Amherst Township Hall, 7530 Oberlin Road, on September 6, 2016 at 6:45 pm. The application to amend the Zoning Resolution will be available for a period of ten days from August 10, 2016 to September 6, 2016, between the hours of 8:00 am and 11:00 am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays at the Amherst Township Hall, 7530 Oberlin Road, or at any other time in the outside bulletin board. Following is a list of all properties to be rezoned or redistricted by the proposed amendment and the names of owners of these properties, as they appear on the County Auditor’s current tax list: parcel number 05-00-045-000-026, 45900 Middle Ridge Rd., Amherst OH 44001. The Mercury, Planning Module Component 3M Section O Public Notification Willowbrooke Lane Sanitary Sewer Extension Upper Providence Township Montgomery County Notice is hereby given that Upper Providence Township; Montgomery County will consider a Planning Module revision to the Township Sewage Facilities Plan for the Willowbrooke Lane Sanitary Sewer Extension project. The project will consist of extending public sewers to serve the existing properties located along the western end of Willowbrooke Lane that are currently served by individual on-lot septic systems. This project will provide the opportunity for an additional eleven (11) existing properties located along the proposed sanitary sewer alignment to connect to the public sewer system. The average cost per property will be a total of $14,066 which includes the public improvement construction cost (benefit assessment) of $8,000, Township tapping fee of $1,266 and the regional sewer authority fee of $4,800. The property owner will also be liable for the costs of a plumbing contractor they must hire to make the connection from their home to the sewer lateral provided at the edge of the road. The annual user fee for residential sewer service in Upper Providence Township is $180.00 per year per equivalent dwelling unit. The Township bills the annual user fee on a quarterly basis at $45.00 per quarter. A public comment period will extend for thirty (30) days after the date of publication of this notice. The Daily Tribune, NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING COUNTY OF OAKLAND NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE AMENDMENT OF A BROWNFIELD PLAN FOR THE CITY OF AUBURN HILLS PURSUANT TO AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH ACT 381 OF THE PUBLIC ACTS OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN OF 1996, AS AMENDED PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT a Public Hearing shall be held before the Auburn Hills City Council of the County of Oakland on the 22th day of August, 2016, at 7 p.m. in the City Council Chamber at 1827 North Squirrel Road, Auburn Hills Michigan, on the adoption of an Amended Brownfield Plan for 3250 Auburn Road, within which the Authority shall exercise its powers, all pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of the Brownfield Redevelopment Financing Act, being Act 381 of the Public Acts of the State of Michigan of 1996, as amended. The description of the proposed Brownfield is: The Eligible Property (“subject property”) is located at 3250 Auburn Road, in the northwest ¼ of Section 36 in Auburn Hills (Township 3 North/Range 10 East), Oakland County, Michigan. The Property is situated southwest of the intersection of South Squirrel Road and Auburn Road. It consists of one irregular shaped parcel that contains approximately 1.27 acres. The Property is located in an area of Auburn Hills (“City”) that is characterized by commercial, manufacturing and undeveloped properties, surface roadways and the Clinton River. A legal description of the property along with any maps and a description of the Brownfield Plan are available for public inspection at The City Clerk’s Office at 1827 North Squirrel Road, Auburn Hills, Michigan.
