The lakes will be closed to all water uses (including swimming, boating and fishing) on the day of treatment only. The treatment is tentatively scheduled for Monday August 22nd, 2016. Prior to treatment, the lake shoreline will be posted with signs in accordance with DEEP requirements. The temporary water-use restrictions associated with this product to be applied (in treatment areas only), are as follows: no swimming, boating and fishing on the day of treatment only; no use of lake water for irrigation, watering livestock (i.e., cattle, horses, etc) and drinking for 5 days, commencing on the day or treatment. Baltimore Pike, Middletown Township, Delaware County. This Notice of Intent to Remediate states that the Site was a former Wawa Food Mart. The site has been found to be contaminated with trichloroethene (TCE), tetrachloroethene (PCE), methyl tert- butyl ether (MTBE) as a result of releases at upgradient properties which have contaminated groundwater on the site. Dissolved metals are also observed in groundwater as a result of natural conditions. Laura Biordi has indicated that the proposed remediation measures will be pathway elimination. High Street, Pottstown, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, with respect to the following ordinance. In addition, at the conclusion of the public hearing, the Burgess and Town Council of the Borough of Pottstown intends to adopt and enact the proposed ordinance: ORDINANCE NO. _______ AN ORDINANCE OF THE BURGESS AND TOWN COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF POTTSTOWN AMENDING VARIOUS SECTIONS OF THE POTTSTOWN BOROUGH ZONING ORDINANCE A/K/A CHAPTER 27 ZONING OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE BOROUGH OF POTTSTOWN, AS AMENDED, TO MODIFY AND CREATE CERTAIN REGULATIONS INVOLVING NEIGHBORHOOD CONVENIENCE STORES AND PERMIT THE SAME BY CONDITIONAL USE IN CERTAIN ZONING DISTRICTS. Section 320, Downtown (Conservation), of Chapter 27, Zoning, of the Code of Ordinances of the Borough of Pottstown, as amended, also known as the Pottstown Borough Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended to provide for Neighborhood Convenience Store as a conditional use. SECTION 3. Section 333, Downtown Gateway (Gateway), of Chapter 27, Zoning, of the Code of Ordinances of the Borough of Pottstown, as amended, also known as the Pottstown Borough Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended to provide for Neighborhood Convenience Store as a conditional use. SECTION 4. Section 334, Gateway East and Gateway West (Gateway), of Chapter 27, Zoning, of the Code of Ordinances of the Borough of Pottstown, as amended, also known as the Pottstown Borough Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended to provide for Neighborhood Convenience Store as a conditional use. SECTION 5. A. No Neighborhood Convenience Store shall be located within 1,200 feet of any existing Neighborhood Convenience Store. SECTION 7. Severability. If any sentence, clause, section or part of this ordinance is for any reason found to be unconstitutional, illegal or invalid, such unconstitutionality, illegality or invalidity shall not affect or impair any part of the remaining provisions, sentences, clauses, sections, or parts of this ordinance. It is hereby declared as the intent of the Burgess and Town Council of the Borough of Pottstown that this ordinance would have been adopted had such unconstitutional, illegal or invalid sentence, clause, section or part thereof, had not been included herein. SECTION 8. Reenactment. All other parts of the Pottstown Borough Zoning Ordinance and Chapter 27, Zoning, of the Code of Ordinances of the Borough of Pottstown, as amended, to the extent not inconsistent herewith are hereby re-enacted and reordained and shall remain in effect as previously adopted.
