The proposed DA is the same as the former DA with updates for the new property owner and the development entitlements to be linked to the DA (tentative map, planned development, mitigation monitoring and reporting plan, 10 year term). No substantial changes are proposed to the tentative map or associated planned development. P047877 To all heirs, beneficiaries, creditors, contingent creditors, and persons who may otherwise be interested in the will or estate, or both, of: Robert Gary Haggett A Petition for Probate has been filed by Sonya Marie Haggett in the Superior Court of California, County of Solano. The Petition for Probate requests that Robert Jeffrey Haggett and Sonya Marie Haggett be appointed as personal representative to administer the estate of the decedent. The Petition requests authority to administer the estate under the Independent Administration of Estates Act.
