    The Reporter- Vacaville, CITY OF VACAVILLE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed proposals for the work shown on the Project Plans entitled: Easterly Wastewater Treatment Plant Tertiary Project Completion Phase must be delivered to and received by the Office of the City Clerk of the City of Vacaville, 650 Merchant Street, Vacaville, California 95688 by 2:00 P.M. on October 11, 2016 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud at said address.
