NO. 15039 We will present information about the special assessment district of the following streets or segments of streets as proposed by resolution of the Orion Township Board: CRYSTAL CREEK DRIVE, DABISH DRIVE AND CLINT COURT Official Declaration: This is a public hearing on apportionment of benefits and costs. In accordance with Act 246 of the Public Acts of the State of Michigan for the year 1931 as amended, the Board of County Road Commissioners has determined the following described parcels of land, lots numbering 1 through 21 inclusive, as platted in Paint Creek Farms No. 1 Subdivision and lots numbering 22 through 41 inclusive, as platted in Paint Creek Farms No. 2 Subdivision, may be assessed for benefits accruing from the proposed improvement. We invite all interested citizens and elected officials to express their views on this project, which was proposed by the Orion Township Board. Proposed ordinance to amend Section 50.15 of the Mt. Pleasant Code of Ordinances regarding curbside recycling. 2. Proposed ordinance to amend Section 50.12 of the Mt. Pleasant Code of Ordinances regarding limiting hours for solid waste pickup. The public hearings will be held on Monday, September 12, 2016 at 7:00 p.m., in the City Commission Room, City Hall, 320 W. Broadway Street, Mt. Pleasant, Michigan.
