Specific tasks shall include, but are not necessarily limited to: Removing and replacing existing storm drain pipes and drainage structures. Installation of new storm drain pipes and drainage structures. Providing temporary erosion/water pollution control. Removing and replacing, HMA walkway and roadway paving. Removing and replacing, cement concrete sidewalk to install new storm drain pipes. Site restoration. And, other items necessary to complete the Work as shown on the Contract Documents. Proposed amendments include the following: Revisions to Chapter 15.505 Definitions SMC related to urban agriculture uses; Revisions to the use charts which regulate the entire city, including the overlay districts, specifically SMC 15.205.040, 15.300.055, 15.305.055 and 15.310.055 as follows: Adding the Community Garden and Farmers Market uses and allowing them in all residential and commercial zones. Renaming the Agricultural Crops Sales (Farm Only) use and splitting it into two uses; Market Garden and Urban Farm. Expanding zones where Market Gardens and Urban Farms are allowed. Eliminating the permanent Produce Stand use as a separate retail use. Adding a new chapter, 15.477 Urban Agriculture SMC to address development standards for community gardens, market gardens, urban farms, produce stands and urban agriculture accessory structures.
