The Town of Lyons is interested in purchasing the property located at 104 5th Street also described as 440 Meilly Street, as part of the Town's buyout which may receive funding assistance from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) under the Community Development Block Grant, Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) program. The Town is seeking to locate affected tenants (renting a unit or leasing a pad) who may have been or will be displaced from the Foothills Mobile Home Park as a result of the 2013 flood. This notice serves to inform such tenants that they may have potential rights as a displaced person under federal law known as the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act (URA). If the proposed project receives HUD funding, tenants who lived or are currently living at the Foothills Mobile Home Park may be eligible for relocation assistance and payments under URA. HARMON, SR. AND EVELYN H.
