Berkshires Marketplace, Town of Lee Conservation Commission Notice of Public Hearing In accordance with General Laws Chapter 131, Section 40, notice is hereby given that a public hearing of the Lee Conservation Commission will be held in the Land Use Office, Lee Town Hall, 32 Main Street on August 19, 2015 at 7:00 PM on the Notice of Intent filed by the Lee Youth Commission for the upgrading of the existing playground equipment and the installation of new equipment at 126 Housatonic Street.
