Pioneer Press - Twin Cities, NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING UPON PROPOSED SALE AND TRANSFER OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY The HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL, MINNESOTA ("HRA") proposes to enter into a Conditional Purchase Agreement with SR Development, LLC a related entity to Schafer Richardson, Inc. ("Developer") which will provide for the sale and transfer of certain real property situated in the City of Saint Paul, County of Ramsey and State of Minnesota legally described in the attached Exhibit A ("Property") subject to the City of Saint Paul's prior transfer and conveyance of the Property to the HRA. The HRA proposes to transfer and sell the Property to Developer on the terms and conditions contained in the Conditional Purchase Agreement. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the HRA will conduct a Public Hearing to be held in the Court House City Council Chambers, Third Floor, 15 West Kellogg Boulevard, Saint Paul, Minnesota on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. upon the proposed sale and transfer of the Property in accordance with the Conditional Purchase Agreement and applicable Redevelopment Plan.
